What's Explicitly Excluded
To keep delivery predictable and timelines fixed, certain things are intentionally out of scope:
Backend Development
We build frontends only. API development, database design, server infrastructure — not included. We integrate with your existing APIs or use mocks for demonstration.
Custom Design Work
You provide the designs. We implement them. We don't create wireframes, mockups, or visual designs. Figma designs or design specifications are required before kickoff.
Open-Ended Feature Requests
Scope is fixed during kickoff. No "just one more component" or "can we add this feature?" after delivery starts. Changes require a new engagement.
Non-Canonical Tech Stacks
We build with React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, Vite, Tailwind, and Ark UI. No Angular, no jQuery, no custom build tools. The stack is fixed to protect delivery speed.
Ongoing Maintenance
30-day warranty covers handover bugs. After that, your team owns the code. We don't offer retainer-based maintenance or support contracts.
